Spiderwoman Queenby ~Tarzman

Here's a commission sketch of Spiderwoman as a some sort of Queen. Not sure just what is going on with the invasion books by Marvel but that is the origin of the inspiration for this one. An inked sketch, colored with colored pencils with a bit of Photoshop enhancement.

well they were never Hydra were they... they were Skrulls pretending to be Hydra, what if it was the skrulls that fed Jess some bad food, like poisening her powers, just so they could get her under the knife and switch her out.... then while she was held captive her powers came back as the sedative wore off?

perhaps it will be explained in Spider-Woman Agent of Sword

I *thought* that she became depowered through her body repairing the damage -- the changes to her that had given her the powers.
You're right tho, i think it was fake Hydra, that offered to give her the powers as a ruse to steal her, and that is when they took the DMA and switch her. In the scene where she is about to have the '

rocedure', the skrull/hydra dude says the 'body repairing itself' stuff, but god knows, that could be a lie.

Yeah. Spider-woman for some time was supposedly replaced by a Skrull particularly the Skrull Queen Veranke. An absolutely stunning piece!
